Questions
Who pays for SashBoard?
The pageant does, after a 30-day free trial. Contestants, titleholders, parents, sponsors and fans never pay for SashBoard.
Is our ticket and vote money ours?
Yes. You connect your pageant’s own Stripe account, and every sale is paid straight into it. On Local, SashBoard’s 1% is taken at the time of the sale; there’s none on State.
What happens after the 30 days?
Your plan starts and your card is charged, unless you cancel before then. If a pageant stops paying, its portal closes for everyone until the plan is renewed. Nothing is deleted, and renewing opens everything right back up.
Can we change plans or cancel?
Anytime, from Settings › Plan & billing in your portal. Changes are prorated.
Is it safe for teens’ information?
Each pageant’s information is walled off from every other’s, members see only what their role needs, and files are private by default. SashBoard is for members 13 and older.
Is there an iPhone app?
Yes. Everyone in your pageant can use the SashBoard app on iPhone, or the portal in any browser.
